Parkridge VI is the latest addition to the Parkridge Office Park adjacent to the Dulles Toll Road. The project included a 220,000 sf Class A structural steel office building as well as a 215,000 sf precast parking garage. The unique slanted curtain-wall facade combined with the open floor plans offers superb view and allows for flexible space planning.
