800 North Glebe Road is a ten-story office building with 316,000 square feet of Class A space over an underground parking garage, that is contiguous with the adjacent building at 900 North Glebe Road. The facade is articulated by a "sail" curtainwall system and a canopy intended to mimic the Bob Peck Ford auto dealership that previously occupied the site. The building has been designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
