This new mixed-use facility at Marymount University includes a six-story dormitory and a four-story academic building. The new buildings house classrooms lecture halls, faculty offices, and lab space for health science, chemistry, physics, and biology. The two buildings will sit atop a four-story, 370 space, parking garage. A pedestrian bridge will be erected across Yorktown Road to connect the facilities with the main campus.
