The Fillmore
Silver Spring, MD

The Fillmore will be a new 34,000 sf music, entertainment, and community use facility in downtown Silver Spring. The music hall will accommodate up to 2,000 standing and 750 seated patrons throughout the main floor and upper level balcony. The building will also feature a lower level for tenant offices, performer green rooms, a 40-seat lounge, and restrooms. A unique feature to the project will be the preservation of the existing limestone façade and retail sail, a nod to the JC Penny store that occupied the site for decades. The project will represent a unique development partnership between Montgomery County and Lee Development Group, while Live Nation will bring the storied musical history of the Fillmore and its brand to the facility.
