This design/build project is the first of a twelve-year / six-building modernization program referred to as New Town at NASA’s Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA. The structure was designed under UFC 4-010-01 DoD Minimum Anti-Terrorism Standards for Buildings and UFC 4-023-03 Design of Buildings to Resist Progressive Collapse.
