Also known as the Mark, Building G at Dulles Station is a four-story, 169 unit residential building with street level retail and a contiguous five level parking garage. The Mark is part of a larger town center master plan centered around the proposed new Dulles Metro Station. Structura also completed construction documents for the adjacent residential building I which has 193 units and a contiguous parking structure.
