University of Maryland East Campus Redevelopment

The University of Maryland's East Campus Redevelopment initiative will provide 385,000 square feet of street oriented retail space, 100,000 square feet of office space, 2,100 residential units, and a 150 room hotel in the context of a town center. The project will redefine the main entrance into the university, and will take advantage of pedestrian-oriented environments and proximity to the metro to enhance the synergy between the community and the University.
