The Templeton of Alexandria is a 15-story high-rise condominium with 166 balconies. Constructed in the early 70's, the concrete balcony slabs, balcony railing system, and masonry facade were showing signs and symptoms of age and element exposure deterioration. SRG was retained to perform a facade condition assessment, rehabilitation design, and provide construction observation and administration services during construction.
