STRUCTURAL REHABILITATION GROUP, LLC (SRG) is a Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area full-service consulting structural engineering firm specializing in all facets of building investigation and repair design. SRG is currently looking for Project Managers/Senior Project Mangers with at least five (5) years of experience in the field of rehabilitation of existing structures. Responsibilities include performing investigations, preparation of repair design documents, conducting construction observation visits and providing construction administration services. Projects include repair of various structural and architectural systems including exterior facades, balconies, plazas, parking garages, roofing/waterproofing, etc. for commercial and residential facilities. Candidates shall have a degree and experience in engineering, architecture or construction and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. P.E. license is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD is advantageous but is not required.
