The Park Sutton Condominium features a conventionally reinforced two-level concrete parking garage structure with a top level driveway/plaza that is located at the building's lobby level.The original surfacing over the plaza deck consisted of a circular asphalt driveway, concrete hardscaping/sidewalks, and landscaping.

SRG was retained to survey the garage regarding the cause of leaks into the garage.

SRG was subsequently retained to provide a repair design package for plaza rehabilitation work that involved the repair of structural concrete elements, installation of a new waterproofing membrane on the plaza level, and installation of a vehicular traffic bearing membrane on the second floor garage decks.

SRG also provided bidding, contract administration, and construction observation services for this project

The plaza and garage renovation phasing was sequenced to manage access to the building lobby by way of temporary walkways and bridges that extended through the work zone.
