Park Center Plaza and Garage

The Park Center Plaza provides green space for three commercial high-rise office buildings in the heart of Alexandria, VA. The plaza deck was experiencing failure of its waterproofing system, expansion joint system, sealants, and drainage systems, as well as severe deterioration of its concrete support elements.

SRG was retained to evaluate the existing condition of the plaza, design the required repairs to ensure its future water tightness and structural integrity, and provide construction administration and observation services during the repair phase of the project
