Woodside Square Condominium

The Woodside Square Condominium is a 38 building, 153 unit, cluster style condominium community consisting of wood paneled, wood framed four unit structures with below grade basements constructed with CMU foundation walls. SRG was retained to investigate the cracking at the masonry foundation wall corners and significant water infiltration conditions that existed at four buildings near the eastern edge of the community. SRG was subsequently retained to prepare a repair and design package that addressed the foundation wall cracks and a lack of below grade water proofing and drainage. SRG also performed bidding, contract administration, and construction observation services for this project.
