- Comstock Partner's Reston Station is a new transit-orientated, mixed use development incorporating three office buildings, two residential/hotel buildings, street level retail, and a below grade 2,300 car garage. The development will be located adjacent to the Metro's new Silver Line stop at the intersection of the Dulles Toll Road and Wiehle Avenue. Structura's scope includes the design of the 14 story, 400-unit multi-family residential tower built over top of seven levels of above grade residential parking and two levels of amenity space. Also included is the design of 12,000 sf plaza level retail space to be designed to accommodate a multi-story hotel and parking structure in a future phase of development. There are many design challenges in the project, in particular the goal of designing the most efficient parking and residential structure while accommodating the Metro Bus Terminal, Reston Metro Center Drive, and various vehicular access and loading areas below.

- As part of the larger Great Streets initiative, the new mixed-use project at the Minnesota Avenue Metro station in northeast Washington, D.C. will boast over 350 residential units, 25,000 GSF of retail space, and below grade parking. The total size of the project will be over 750,000 GSF. The project will be located across the street from another Structura project, the recently completed DC Department of Employment Services building.
