This project is the first in a planned high-density area between Hungerford Rd. and N. Washington St. Adjacent to Rockville Town Square and the Brightview Rockville Town Center senior living community currently under design (another Structura project) and just a block from the Rockville Metro Station, the new two-story building serves a mix of tenants, including a first-floor restaurant and bank and second floor business offices.

The new building features historic Rockville architecture on the exterior combined with modern interior office lofts and street-level shops and retail. It also offers one level of underground parking.
