Our team was proud to work with PI.KL Studio, CLD Partners and Workshop Development on the design and construction of a new multi-family residential building situated in Highlandtown, east Baltimore's thriving arts district. With 149 units spread over five stories, the new residential development encompasses 204,000 square feet and features ground-floor mixed-use space and underground parking.
