Structura was pleased to partner with MV+A Architects Brookfield Properties on the design and construction of Block F of Brookfield’s Reston Crescent, an enormous new development in Reston, VA. Block F is the first phase of the project and is comprised of two levels of underground parking for approximately 520 cars, a 6-level precast concrete parking garage for approximately 435 cars, 110,000 SF of ground-level retail for a grocery store, and 380 residential units. The total size of the development (including below grade parking, but excluding the precast garage) is approximately 760,000 SF.
