B.S. Architectural Engineering (Structural Option), North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University
Terrance joined Structura in 2018 with 12 years of previous work experience. As a staff engineer, project engineer and now a senior project engineer, Terrance has been the primary engineer on many multi-family residential, senior living and tenant improvement projects. He has played an integral role in Structura’s social, recruiting, outreach and marketing committees. He was also a part of Structura’s inaugural mentor program.
Terrance has a passion for doing community outreach events. He has been a part of organizing two in Washington DC, one in New Jersey , one in North Carolina and one in St. Thomas USVI. Terrance is also into real estate and a huge fan of architecture. He also loves traveling and has taken in beautiful architecture in places such as Chicago, New York City, Toronto, Athens Greece, Santorini Greece, Bali Indonesia, Singapore and many more. Terrance is also a diehard Liverpool FC fan.
