    Congratulations Sadia Fatemi, PE

    With her Bachelors of Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, Sadia has been a valued member of Structura since 2008 and recently gained her Professional Engineering licensure in Washington, D.C. As a Senior Project Engineer, she oversees a design team working on major projects throughout the D.C. metropolitan area utilizing traditional reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, structural cold-formed steel, masonry, and wood. Sadia is also a part of committees to develop and maintain documentation standards for Structura.

    Falling Green Wins Maryland Preservation Award

    Falling GreenThe Maryland Historical Trust recently honored the Fallen Green house with a 2016 Excellence in Institutional Rehabilitation award. Originally built by Quaker planter Basil Brooke in 1764, the house is one of Montgomery County, Maryland’s finest expressions of Georgian architecture. The Olney Boys and Girls Community Sports Association adapted the building for office and meeting space while preserving the character of this local treasure.
