Structura was proud to work with 28 Walker Development on the design and development of the Hamburg Street Apartments at 1115 West Hamburg in the Sharp-Leadenhall neighborhood of Baltimore. The project involved replacing an existing 8,000 sq. ft., one-story commercial building with the construction of a new, five-story, multi-family residential building with at-grade parking. The new residence contains 33 one-bedroom and studio apartments and has a total footprint 40,000 square feet.
