We are pleased to showcase our involvement in this project where we had the opportunity to design and construct a beautiful new retail building in the heart of downtown Bethesda, MD. This project was multi-fold and included demolishing the existing office building and connected retail property at 4733 & 4735 Bethesda Avenue, paving the way for a rebuild. The result is an impressive 242,000 SF office building and 13,000 SF of ground floor retail and restaurant area. Our work focused on the design and construction of the unique retail section in front of this eye-catching new building.
