Sunrise of McLean Village, a brand new Sunrise Senior Living community in Northern Virginia, had been built and is slated to open it's doors to new residents in Spring 2023.

Located in the heart of downtown McLean, Virginia, which is in the midst of a gradual revitalization effort, the new three-story senior living community features 100 residential units for 122 people; including 61 assisted living residences and 39 memory care residences.

Replacing the defunct McLean Medical Building, the new senior living buildings have a combined total footprint of 90,000 square feet and includes below-ground parking.  Amenities for residents include outdoor terraces, a bistro, a beauty salon, lounges, a library, an activity room, a fitness center and a theater room. In addition, a new “heritage garden” is being created and will have a private section for residents and a public section open to the surrounding neighborhood.
