This project involves the design and construction of a new mixed-use multi-family residential building at the intersection of 9th and O Streets NW in Washington, D.C.. The beautifully designed building encompasses eight levels above grade and two levels below grade. The 1st Floor includes retail, residential amenity and support spaces. Floors two through eight encompass 66 residential units over 96,430 SF and include a roof level with residential penthouse space and private terraces. The below grade 32,534 SF parking levels include 52 parking spaces, for a total overall size of 128,964 SF.
