Structura was pleased to work with OTJ Architects on tenant improvements to the Army Navy Building, located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood of Washington, DC. A new amenities space was added on the 12th floor and Penthouse to provide meeting and entertaining spaces for the tenants of the building. A new floor opening was also added for a monumental stair and elevator lift to create a flow between the 12th floor and the Penthouse. The new Penthouse space, previously maintained storage, was transformed to create an inside area and new wall openings to allow for incredible city views and easy access to the newly renovated roof terrace.
