Located in bustling downtown Annapolis, MD, the Hilton Garden Inn was a project that encompassed renovations to the existing 121-room hotel. Our scope of work included the design and detailing of a new interior on-grade concrete ramp to adjoin a floor with two different elevations, two new interior 2-riser concrete stairs, a new exterior entry vestibule, a new office and storage room, the design of on-grade bollards within the parking area, and other underside bracing and new steel framing as required.
