The 10-concept food hall at Tysons Galleria, at 41,000 square feet, will be one of the largest restaurants under one individual operator in the Mid-Atlantic. The project involved major renovations and upgrades to the existing 2nd and 3rd Floor spaces at the Tysons Galleria Mall in Vienna, VA.
The project included improvements to the northwest entry façade and the incorporation of a new area on the 3rd Floor for multiple new restaurant tenants. The project includes a total of approximately 60,000sf of renovated space. Scope includes the design of a new cantilevered floor area supported by the existing 3rd Floor edge for a new cocktail lounge, new 2nd-floor entrance framing and balcony, and new skylights among other miscellaneous design items.
