This building is 350K SF of warehouse space and includes an extended dock across a portion of the rear portion of the building. FEG's team implemented the tilt-up version of their Complete Structural Package™, designing all of the steel framing and the tilt-up panel engineering and shop drawings. The shop drawings included layout drawings dimensioning all panels, openings, reveals, embeds, and reinforcing drawings and were delivered as part of the Construction Documents to eliminate the wait for the tilt-up subcontractor to submit drawings for review. There were 111 panels, with a gross area of 117,785 SF and a net area of 108,372 SF, totaling 3,476 cubic yards of concrete with 2.93 psf reinforcing, 11,518 linear feet of architectural reveals, and 2,168 embedded items.
