Structura teamed with Loveless Porter Architects on the design and construction of the new Northern Virginia Bioscience Center in Manassas, VA. The new one-story 30,000 square-foot commercial wet lab space was designed to build and grow promising life science-based companies. The unique building has a rectangular layout with a mono-sloped roof from front to back. The building features two large canopies and a ‘front of house’ façade detailing on all 4 sides with a mix of curtain wall, storefront, and metal panel.
