This building is 250K SF of warehouse space, featuring the tilt-up version of FEG's Complete Structural Package™ to design all of the steel framing as well as the tilt-up panel engineering and shop drawings, which included layout drawings dimensioning all panels, openings, reveals, and embeds and reinforcing drawings. All shop drawings were delivered as part of the Construction Documents and eliminated the wait for the tilt-up subcontractor to submit drawings for review. There were a total of 90 panels with a gross area of 90,653 sf, a net area of 85,277 sf and totaling 2430 cubic yards of concrete with 3.67 psf of reinforcing, as well as 17,516 linear feet of architectural reveals and 1349 embedded items.
