Structura was retained to help transform a former restaurant in a heavy timber and brick bearing wall framed historic 3-story building in Georgetown to a modern Urban clothier and shoe store. In addition to structural updates related to building deficiencies, portions of the 2nd floor were removed to create an open feel for the space.
