Jeff brings 18 years of structural engineering expertise in the greater Washington, DC, and Baltimore metro areas. His specialties include steel and concrete design, renovation projects, and the development of temporary structures. Jeff also conducts quality assurance reviews to ensure all projects meet Structura's rigorous design, documentation, and technical standards. An active member of Structura's Technical Engineering Committee, Jeff contributes to advancing the firm’s engineering practices and leads many of its Continuing Education initiatives. He is a proud member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and was honored with the ACI Award (Maryland Chapter) for his exceptional work on the Carroll County Hospital Center Parking Garage.
Jeff is an avid music lover and vinyl collector.
