Coming soon to DC’s burgeoning Logan Circle neighborhood is an 80+ unit condominium project at 11th and M Streets featuring 3,000 SF of ground floor retail and 22 parking spaces.

The Torti Gallas-designed project wraps around an existing corner laundromat and consists of one structure that appears to be two buildings: one nine stories tall facing M Street NW and the other six stories tall facing 11th Street NW.
