We were pleased to have been involved the design and construction of a beautiful new, 50,000 SF multifamily residential building, Bonéval, located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC. The project included the demolition of an old vacant building on site and made way for the four-story, 40 unit residence + one level of below grade parking. Bonéval is a mid-rise condo building featuring a classic architectural design and is finished with upscale modern touches.
