Structura was pleased to partner with MV+A Architects and Brookfield Properties on the design and construction of Block F and The Edmund, the initial developments of Halley Rise, an enormous new vibrant community development in Reston, VA.

Block F and The Edmund at Halley Rise are the first phase of this multi-phase development and is comprised of two levels of underground parking for approximately 520 cars, a 6-level precast concrete parking garage for approximately 435 cars, 110,000 SF of ground-level retail for a grocery store, and 380 residential units. The total size of the development (including below grade parking, but excluding the precast garage) is approximately 760,000 SF.
