This project involved upgrades, modifications and improvements to the existing 12-story multi-use building located at 1300 Eye Street NW in Washington, DC. This gorgeous building contains one floor of retail at the base and 11 floors of office above. The scope of our work included the schematic design and design development for renovations of the 3-story lobby, concourse level, roof terrace, and garage.
