In partnership with Hickok Cole Architects, we completed significant renovations and improvements to an existing eight-story, 65,000 square foot commercial office building at 2300 9th Street in Arlington, VA. The improvements included a new streetscape and landscaping in the plaza, changes to the building façade, reconfiguration of the main lobby, upgrades to common areas, new amenity spaces, expansion of the existing penthouse, addition of a new roof terrace, and upgrades to the MEP systems.
