Structura was pleased to work on the design and construction of 275 N. Washington Street, a new 65,000 SF mixed-use office and retail building + parking that was the first project in a planned high-density area between Hungerford Rd. and N. Washington Street, adjacent to the Rockville Town Square and a block from the Rockville Metro Station. The two-story building serves a mix of tenants, including a bank and retail space on the first floor spanning 15,000 SF and another 15,000 SF of business offices on the second floor. There is also 21,6500 SF one-level underground parking.
