The project involved the construction of a new 26-unit multifamily residential building on the combined properties at 4111 and 4113 Connecticut Avenue NW in the Van Ness neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Two rowhouses were demolished and replaced with this gorgeous masonry and glass multifamily residence. The building is one level below grade and six levels above grade plus a penthouse. Total building size is 28,895 SF.
