800 North Glebe Road is a 10-story, 316,000 SF Class A office and retail complex located in the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor with easy access to Washington DC, I-66, and Rt. 50. The building is positioned over an underground parking garage that is contiguous with the adjacent building at 900 North Glebe Road and features an undulating glass façade articulated by a “sail” curtainwall system and canopy intended to pay tribute to Bob Peck Ford, the former car dealership that previously occupied the site.

The building was designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
