Structura has had the pleasure of collaborating with Beztak, Streetsense (Phase I) & Bonstra | Haresign Architects (Phase II) on the planning and construction of Phase I and Phase II of AdMo Heights, an exciting new mixed-use, multi-family development located in Washington, DC's Adams Morgan neighborhood. The first phase of the project, comprising 80 luxurious studio and one-bedroom units, as well as ground floor retail and below-grade parking, has been successfully completed. Currently, our team is focused on Phase II, a new building that will link to the initial building and will feature 40 new residential units, retail space, below grade parking and a stunning open-air rooftop amenity area and penthouse. The combined total footprint will be approximately 116,600 SF.
