We are pleased to have provided conceptual design services for tenant renovations to ARE-5 Research Place, an existing two story office building housing a commercial service provider business. The scope of our work included removal of front and rear “pods” requiring new site retaining walls, introduction of a new “core” at the entrance including two stairs and an elevator, introduction of two new egress stairs at the rear, new building skin – curtain wall front and rear; EIFS on existing brick each side, new shafts thru floor and roof framing for mechanical systems, and a new “dog house” and dunnage on the roof for mechanical systems and equipment.
