The apartment complex, located directly adjacent to both the Rio and Crown Farm developments in Gaithersburg, MD has had several updates to the clubhouse and amenities areas in a multi-phase renovation project. Interior wood bearing walls were removed and the structure resupported inside of the clubhouse to create a more open flow for prospective tenants in the leasing office, and provide more space for areas such as the business center and fitness center. Exterior improvements included restructuring of some roof elements, addition of canopies, and reworking of flow in and out of the 2nd story leasing offices.
