In partnership with Moseley Architects, this project involved the design and construction of the new Ashby Ponds Senior Living Community on behalf of Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA. The focus of the community is to provide healthy living amenities for Independent Living residents.

Combined, the three new buildings include 213 residential units, 77,00 SF of below grade garage space, community and reception areas, a fitness center and locker rooms, a pool, a café, a salon, a library and various support spaces. The project also features a structured bridge linking the 2nd Floor of Building 3.2 to Building 3.3, for a total footprint of 467,000 SF.
