We were pleased to be involved the design and construction of Big Sky Flats, a new multi-family residential building in the Langdon neighborhood of NE Washington, D.C.. Big Sky Flats is a new 5-story (4 residential levels plus penthouse), 108-unit multifamily apartment building offering residents contemporary amenity spaces including a roof terrace with incredible views of the Capitol.

What makes Big Sky Flats so unique is it's one of the first developments in the city to benefit from the Opportunity Zone Program - a policy that encourages developers to invest in areas of the city that need economic development and revitalization.
