Working with National Community Church and Waldon Studio Architects, Structura was delighted to take part in the design and construction of the D.C. Dream Center, a new three-story community center. Working within the footprint of an existing and abandoned residential building in Southeast D.C., the new community center features an indoor basketball court that occupies the entire third floor, classrooms, a dance studio, a café and a rooftop deck for the community to enjoy. The 3 story building is approximately 10,000 sf total, and includes a partial basement.
