Senior Living

The project involves the design and construction of several new buildings at the Eagleview Senior Living community located at the corners of Stockton Drive and Rice Boulevard in Exton, PA. The development includes three individual 4-story buildings linked by 2 story connectors.

Building A is a 4 story Independent Living (IL) building located on the southwest corner of the site. The building includes a total of 46 units, entirely above grade, with a portion of 1st Floor space dedicated to amenities. Parking is located on the ground outside the building footprint and there is no basement. The footprint of the building is 16,500 SF per floor, total size is 65,800 SF.

Building B is a 4-story IL building located on the southeast corner of the site. The building includes a total of 71 units and the above grade space is dedicated entirely to residential units. The building also includes 1 level of below grade parking over 29,800 SF. The footprint of the building above grade is 25,800 SF per floor. Total building size including parking is 133,000 SF.

Building C is a 4 story Assisted Living (AL) building on the north portion of the site. The building is divided into three segments: 1) the northwest portion of the building is 2 levels above grade and is dedicated to Memory Care units (37 total) with a footprint of approximately 18,000 SF per floor 2) the middle portion of building is 4 levels above grade and is dedicated to Assisted Living units on floors 2 through 4 (47 total) with a footprint of approximately 23,600 SF per floor. The 1st Floor includes amenity and back of house space. There is partial basement of 17,400 SF dedicated to employee space, residential storage, and building services. 3) the southwest and southeast portions of Building C are 2-story ‘links’ that connect to buildings A and B respectively with a footprint of approximately 13,700 SF.
