Virginia Tech’s state-of-the-art, LEED Silver-certified research facility is a seven-floor, 144,000 SF building located in the Ballston area of Arlington. The interior includes six stories of computational laboratories, offices and conference space to accommodate executive programs, training programs and workshops over a retail base that houses an educational/exhibition facility and community gathering space. 

There are also three levels of below grade parking for 238 vehicles. This facility is part of a larger JBG development project that includes the 800 North Glebe Road office and retail building.
