Eastgate Shopping Center is a 103K SF retail center in Richmond, VA's Heckler Village. FEG's project scope entailed the structural design of three new single-story steel framed buildings, including a large 80K SF junior anchor building, a four-unit 16K SF small shops building, and a 7K SF standalone small shops building. All three structures were steel framed with bar joists and non-load bearing exterior light-gage metal framing walls.
