Structura was pleased to work Hickok Cole Architects, Fort Lincoln New Town Corporation and The Concordia Group on the design and construction of a new multi-family residential building in Fort Lincoln New Town in Washington, DC.

The new 5-story residence includes 236 units (200 market-rate and 36 affordable apartments) spanning 265,652 SF - along with 106,241 SF of below-grade parking, for a total area size of 371,893 GSF.

The Class A apartments offer a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga room, co-working lounge, conference room facilities, resident lounge, rooftop lounge, dog washing station and a 10,000 SF private landscaped courtyard. The site is adjacent to a green forested buffer for the community to enjoy its park-like setting and completes the Fort Lincoln New Town community of townhomes, senior living and shopping.
