Phase III of Jacksonville’s St. Johns Town Center was designed to expand the outdoor shopping area and accommodate Nordstrom as a new anchor tenant. The path to the department store is divided into three sections: the Transition Court, the Shopping Court, and the EBar Lounge.
The Transition Court serves as a focal entrance with large architectural shades, spa-quality furnishings, and an edgeless pool for gathering. The Shopping Court, flanked by small shops, allows easy access for cross-shopping. The EBar Lounge encourages visitors to relax and recharge, providing a welcoming space near Nordstrom’s entrance. The project included the structural design and construction of a 17,750 SF single-story retail building and a 16,300 SF two-story building for Arhaus Furniture.
