This project included tenant improvements and base building modifications to the existing row-home structure at the corner of East Fort Avenue and Lawrence Street in South Baltimore, MD. The building is two stories above grade and was formerly a restaurant prior to construction of the adjacent mixed-use, multi-family residential building, Anthem II (another Structura project). This renovation project included converting the 1st floor to a food prep and dining space for the new tenant, Local Oyster. The 2nd floor renovations included additional an new dining space, storage and a small walk-out amenity terrace.
